This Privacy Policy explains how Seferi Engineering Enterprises (“Zeusapp”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use zeusapp.io, related marketing pages, waitlists, and the Zeusapp product (the “Services”). Contact: [email protected].
1. Who we are (controller)
For the marketing website, waitlist, and product accounts we operate, Seferi Engineering Enterprises is the data controller. We are based in Tirana, Albania, and process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Albanian data-protection law where it applies.
2. Data we collect
- Identity & contact: name, work email, company, role, and messages you send us.
- Account & workspace: login identifiers, workspace settings, brands, mailboxes you connect, billing metadata, and support tickets.
- Customer content: contacts, segments, campaign copy, inbound replies, calendars, and related outbound records you upload or generate in Zeusapp.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers (see Cookie Policy).
- Payment data: processed by payment providers (e.g. Stripe, Paysera, POK). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
3. Why we process data (purposes & legal bases)
- Provide the Services (contract / pre-contract): accounts, waitlist access, campaigns, warm-up, inbox, billing.
- Improve reliability and security (legitimate interests): abuse prevention, debugging, deliverability health.
- Communicate (contract / legitimate interests / consent where required): product notices, support, optional marketing.
- Analytics & advertising (consent): only if you allow analytics/marketing cookies.
- Legal compliance (legal obligation): tax, accounting, regulatory requests.
4. AI features
Zeus AI may draft subjects, campaigns, or sequences from briefs and workspace context you provide. Drafts are suggestions only. you remain responsible for reviewing and approving anything that sends. We use AI providers under processor terms to generate outputs. We do not sell your prompts or customer lists as training data for unrelated third-party models. Do not submit special-category data or secrets you are not authorized to process.
5. Email, outreach & your responsibilities
You are the controller of contact lists and campaign content you upload. You must have a lawful basis to message recipients (consent, soft opt-in, or other lawful ground in your jurisdiction), honor opt-outs, and comply with anti-spam and e-privacy rules. Zeusapp tools (including warm-up) do not transfer legal responsibility to us.
6. Sharing & processors
We use vetted processors for hosting, email infrastructure, AI inference, analytics (if consented), customer support, and payments. Transfers outside the EEA use appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) where required. We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
Waitlist and marketing contacts are kept until you ask to be removed or the purpose ends. Account and workspace data are retained while the account is active and for a limited period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal duties. Logs are kept for shorter security windows unless a longer period is required.
8. Security
We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to risk (access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege practices). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Your rights
Subject to law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
11. International visitors
If you access the Services from outside Albania/the EEA, your data may be processed in countries with different data-protection standards, subject to the safeguards above.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you have read the updated Policy.
